NPBS-819 ASA - I3 Export Change 

ASA Admins will see a change in exported I3 files. The system now lists FLBL as the <crewattribute> value. Exported I3 files with awarded Reduced Block Reserve Lines also now list FLBL as the <crewattribute>. 

NPBS-866 DAL-ENY-UCA - IO1 Employee File Change 

For DAL, ENY and UCA, when a Planner imports IO1 Employee Files with the new format, the system is enhanced to include the following behavior for the value provided in field #15 of record type 1:

• The value is processed and stored as eligibility for the Monthly Blank Line.
• When the provided value is Y, the system sets the eligibility for MBL to True. If set to N, the system sets the eligibility for MBL to False.
• If the provided value is empty, the system does not change the eligibility for MBL. 

NPBS-818 RGA - UDO Allocation Change 

The allocation process of UDOs for RGA based on the time that a pairing ends on the day prior to the possible UDO assignment is enhanced. The system now prevents the awarding of a UDO on the day following a pairing that is scheduled to end at or after 22:30. There are no restrictions to the awarding of GDOs or RDOs or other pairings; all other UDO awarding processes remain the same. This change applies to pairings of any length.
