Configuring training groups
In this topic we review how to add or edit training groups.

2 Detailed Explanation
Begin on the Config > Training Groups screen. Take careful note of the Configuration for dropdown menu. This designates the bid period you are working with. Ensure it is the one you want, so you can avoid making changes you do not intend to other bid periods.
We'll begin by adding a training group.
Click
the Add button.
Click
the Group Name input
field.
HINT
The group name can be anything you want it to be and is not seen by crew members.
Enter 319
Training into the Group
Name field.
Let's select the categories that are eligible for this particular training group, which will be all the flight deck roles. You can use the standard selection abilities of the operating system to select multiple categories.
Click
the CHI-319-CA list
item.
Click
the PHL-319-FO list
item while keeping the Shift
key
pressed.
Click
the << button.
If you have any unwanted groups included, move them back to the Available area.
Click
the DEN-319-FA list
item.
Click
the >> button.
Click
the Save button.

Congratulations! You have successfully added and modified a new training group.
Confirm all wanted and no unwanted groups are listed in the highlighted line.
