Posting your bidding information 

In this topic, we review how to post bid information to the crew members. This is the equivalent of a "bid packet cover page". 

We estimate that this will take 4 minutes to complete.

Detailed Explanation 

Interaction 1 Click the Add button.

Start your bid posting from the Bid Manager > Bidding Info. sub tab. 

To activate the text field, select any of the formatting options. For this example, let's click left justify. 

Interaction 1 Click the Left Justify button.

Interaction 1 Enter Bidding for February 2021 will open January 5, at 09:00 into the text input field.

We've completed the input for you. 

Interaction 1 Click the Categories radio button.

Next, define to whom this information will be available. You can select all crew members with login credentials. You can refine this choice by picking a category of crew members. You can also select a combination of available attributes (base, equipment, seat).

Interaction 1 Click the CHI-319-CA list item.

Interaction 2 Click the CHI-319-FO list item while keeping the Shift  KeySymbol:16 key pressed.

Interaction 1 Click the Save button.

Let's edit an existing bid info entry. Select the entry to want to work with. In this case, let's choose the top one. 

Interaction 1 Click the 2020-10-29 15:58 UTC row.

Interaction 1 Click the Edit button.

On this screen, you can make any edits needed within the text field. For this example, we'll leave the information as is.

Interaction 1 Click the Cancel button.

Interaction 1 Click the 2021-6-15 16:51 UTC row.

Now, let's delete an entry. Select the bid at the bottom of the list. 

Interaction 1 Click the Delete button.

The entry (the third line) is removed.
