A weekend with working pre-awards is not considered.
For example:
In the above example, L2003 is a pre-awarded pairing, TRG is a working absence, and VAC is a non-working absence.
Neither of the weekends 7th - 8th and 14th-15th will be considered.
If no minimum is specified, these weekends do not cause the bid to be violated, even if further activities are awarded on these weekends.
If a minimum is specified, these weekends never count towards the minimum, even if no further activities are awarded on these weekends.
