On the Schedule Report, you will see four colors (other than gray). These colors represent:
- Cyan (Turquoise) - Normal pairing awards
- Darker Blue/Purple - Coverage awards of pairings. This displays on the right of the last two lines in the image below.
- Gold - Normal Reserve day awards. This can be seen on the top line.
- Magenta - Coverage awards of reserve days. This can be seen on the 25th in the top line above.
Gray is given to all other awards, which are not any of the four colored types of awards mentioned above. Most gray items are pre-awarded items (including absences or pairings. It is also used for scheduler-awarded absences.
