Weekends with just one day inside the period are counted towards this bid. There are some cases where a weekend can be partially inside the period.
Both of the examples, weekends are treated just like weekends that are fully inside the period.
This means they are considered by the bid if there are no working pre-awards (either within or outside the period) that overlap them.
In particular, a weekend that is only partially inside the period counts as one weekend off towards any minimum required.
