View the Calendar page for pre-assignments and training before you add a bid
This topic reviews the Calendar screen and its functions, prior to making bids.

Detailed Explanation
The Calendar tab allows you to see what is currently on the schedule, if any items are pre-assigned, such as vacation or training, it will appear on this screen. If it is after a schedule is awarded, then you will be able to see what your schedule is. In this training demonstration, we view the calendar BEFORE any bids have been awarded.
Click the Calendar menu button.
Today's date displays at the top left of the screen.
Your last bid submitted to the server, along with the date-time stamp and unique confirmation number for when it was submitted displays here.
This is your pre-assigned credit value.
We are currently in the default calendar view. We can change this to a more traditional calendar view using this toggle button .
Click the Calendar image.

This view shows days of the week for the bid period and is more like a paper calendar.

These dates highlighted with a background color show the days on which a pre-assignment is scheduled.
Let's explore printing your calendar.
Click the Print image.

The print dialog differs depending upon the device used to view the Calendar.
For the purposes of this training demonstration, let's cancel the job from printing.

You can download an .ics calendar file to import your dates and activities into an external calendar such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
Click the Export calendar image.
The .ics file downloads in your browser and is opened with your application of choice from its download location.
Click the Close button.
Use the Back and Forward images to move backwards and forwards through the bid periods.
Click the Back image.
Click the Forward image.
Cumulative block time for the last 365 days is shown like this .
