Add a Crewmember

To add a crewmember:

  1. Click the Crew tab.

  2. Click the Crewmember Details tab.

  3. Click the Add button.



  4. Enter the crewmember’s employee number, first name, and last initial.

  5. Select the checkboxes below the fields to enter an employee's name and number.

  6. Enter the crewmember’s language qualifications:

    • Select a language from the dropdown list.

    • Click the Add button.

  7. Enter any aircraft restrictions for the crewmember.

    • Select an aircraft type from the dropdown list.

    • Click the Add button.

  8. Enter any location restrictions for the crewmember.

    • Type an airport code in the location field.

    • Click the Add button.

  9. Enter any position restrictions for the crewmember.

    • Select a position from the drop-down list.

    • Click the Add button.

  10. Add the categories that the crewmember belongs to.

    • Click the Add button in the Categories pane.

    • Select the category to add from the dropdown list.

    • Enter the crewmember’s seniority.

    • Check either the Eligible or Shadow Bidder check box, as appropriate.

    • Check the Reduced Block check box, if appropriate.

    • Check the Line Check Airman check box, if appropriate.

    • Click the OK button.

  11. Add Shadow Dates if appropriate.

    • Enter the start date of the shadow bidder using the drop down menu.

    • Enter the end date of the shadow bidder using the drop down menu.

    • Click the Add button to add the shadow bidder.

    • Click the Remove button to delete the shadow bidder. You must choose a date to enter a shadow bidder.

  12. Click the Save button to save the crewmember’s information and return to the Crewmember Details tab.
