To add activities to check a line:
- Select a period.
- Select a category, you do not need to enter an employee number to evaluate a hypothetical line.
- Click the Add button.
- Select the Activity Type from the drop-down menu. Add Absence is selected by default.
- Select the relevant information for the activity.
- Click the Save button.
- Repeat Steps 3 - 6 until you have added all of the activities you want to validate.
- You can edit or delete any activity by highlighting and selecting the Edit or Delete button. The Clear button removes all of the activities.
- Click the Validate button.
