Add Activities

To add activities to check a line:

  1. Select a period.
  2. Select a category, you do not need to enter an employee number to evaluate a hypothetical line.
  3. Click the Add button.

  1. Select the Activity Type from the drop-down menu. Add Absence is selected by default.
  2. Select the relevant information for the activity.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Repeat Steps 3 - 6 until you have added all of the activities you want to validate.
  5. You can edit or delete any activity by highlighting and selecting the Edit or Delete button. The Clear button removes all of the activities.
  6. Click the Validate button.
