This topic reviews how to run various reports.

Detailed Explanation
There are four tabs under the Reports tab from which you can generate reports. Let's start with Training Reports.
HINT
Many of the reports generated on this tab are also available elsewhere in the system.
You can show either
- the training pattern details (the training events that are available to the crew member) or
- training requirements (which crew members are required to attend the training events).
For this example, let's show the training pattern details.
Click the Training Group dropdown button.
Select the training group you want to see.
Click the 319-Training list item.
Choose from the options. In this case we will leave the default Training Pattern Details.
Click the Generate Report button.
Click the Close button.
Click Bids Report.
Next, review the reports available on the Bids Report tab.
Click the Category radio button.
You can generate a bids report to view crew member bids. There are four options:
- All Employees
- Individual crew members by Employee Number
- Selected Category
- Training Group
You can also sort the results by various attributes, for example, seniority or employee number. Let's generate a report based on category for this example.
Click the Category dropdown button.
Click the MIA-319-FO list item.
Click the Sort By dropdown button.
Click the Employee Number list item.
Click the Generate Report button.
This selection results in a report showing the Miami 319 FO that is sorted by employee number.
Click the Close button.
Click the Pairings Report tab.
Next, let's review reports available on the Pairings Report tab.
Click the Category dropdown button.
You can include either all categories or a selected category in the report.
Click the DEN-319-CA list item.
Click the Generate Report button.
Click the Close button.
Click the Crew Report tab.
Next, let's look at the reports available on the Crew Report tab.
Click the Category radio button.
You have the same options for Crew reports as you saw earlier in the Bids Report tab.
Click the Category dropdown button.
Click the LAS-319-CA list item.
Click the Generate Report button.
Click the Close button.
Click the Run Manager tab.
Now let's look at some run-specific reports under the Run Manager tab. These reports are specific to the run highlighted.
Click the Completed tab.
Click the BP row.
Click anywhere on the row of the run you want to see reports about.
Click the Reports button.
Click the Generate Report button.
From this screen, you have the option of running an individual report, or all the reports combined into a single report.
Double-click: CLASS-ScheduleRe….pdf.
The report downloads to your system as a PDF file which you can open by double-clicking it in the download manager of your browser.
Click the Close button.
The report shows every crew member's awarded schedule in the relevant category.
Please click Next to continue.
When generating a combined report, you select the respective check box of each report you want to have included before clicking the Generate Combined Report button at the bottom or top of the web page. By default, all reports are selected for inclusion.
From within the Combined Reports section of this screen, you can deselect any reports you want omitted from the Combined Report such as the Roster Report...
Please click Next to continue.
the Statistics Report, or the Unstacking Report.
Click the Generate Combined Report button.
When you have made all of your selections, you can generate the report.
Click the Close button.
Click the Output tab.
Let export the file(s) that are necessary for your crew management system. These files may differ from customer to customer depending upon the CMS used.
Click the Done button.
There are two different file output options shown: Bid and Line Award files for our CrewTrac customers, and a JCTE output file format. there may be other export options.
You can export the FRMS Crew roster report if configured in your system.
Let's click Done to exit this screen and return to the reports.
Click the BP row.
Let's generate a report showing the statistics for a chosen run.
Click the Stats button.
Click the Close button.
Click the BP row.
Let's now generate dynamic statistics for a chosen report. These are slightly different from standard statistics, in that they omit the run options, parameters, and role settings used for the run.
There may be minor differences in the data fields presented between Stats and Dynamic stats.
Click the Dynamic Stats button.
Click the Close button.
Click the BP row.
To compare runs within a category, you export data to an Excel spreadsheet. This results in a CSV file which allows you to sort and view the data as needed.
Click the Excel Export button.
Double-click: CLASS-RunCompa….xlsx.
Click the Close button.
