A Pairing duties off at 4:00 - required domicile rest = 9 hours
If Waive No Same Day Pairings bid is entered by the bidder:
The N-PBS scheduler can award a pairing that begins on the same day that the first pairing ended after 13:00.
If Waive No Same Day Pairings was not entered by the bidder:
The N-PBS scheduler will not award a pairing that begins on the same day that a pairing ends.
