Bid for or avoid pairings that report after, before, or at a specific time, or within or outside a time range. The pairing check-in time is the report time at the home base for a single-day or multi-day pairing.

It filters out pairings with a report time after 11:00am.
Reminder: Time ranges go from 00:00 to 23:59. If you want to create a time range that goes from a late time to an early time, you need to create two separate bid preferences. The first from the late time to 23:59 and the other from 00:00 to the early time.
For example, a time range from 20:00 to 04:30 needs two separate bid preferences. The first from 20:00 to 23:59 and the second from 00:00 to 04:30.
