This filters out pairings if any operating leg lands in BOS or JFK.

Pairings are awarded if at least one operating leg lands in BOS or JFK.
Award Pairings If Not Landings In BOS, JFK
Pairings are awarded if no operating leg lands in BOS or JFK.
