Enroute Check-Out Time

Any / Every Options

This bid has an Any or Every option. If you use Any - only one leg of the pairing has to contain the property for it to be awarded or avoided*.

If you use Every - every leg of the pairing has to contain the property for it to be awarded or avoided*

Reminders

  • *In most configurations, Any and Every options are not available for Avoid Pairings Bid Preferences. If you do not see these options on your avoid bids, you do not have them.

  • *In most configurations, Any and Every options are not available for Avoid Pairings Bid Preferences. If you do not see these options on your avoid bids, you do not have them.

Avoid Every only removes pairings where every leg has the property to be avoided. For example, Avoid Pairings if Every Leg is Redeye does not remove pairings where not all legs are redeyes. It only removes pairings where every leg is a redeye.

Refer to the Using Any or Every article for further information.

Enroute Check-Out Time

  • Bid for or avoid pairings with an Enroute Check-Out Time after, before, or exactly on a specific time, or within a range, using local station time.

  • The enroute check-out time is the check-out time at layover stations on a multi-day pairing.

  • Enroute Check-Out Time is often combined with other options.

Award Pairings bid example

Award Pairings If Every Enroute Check-Out Time Between 20:00 And 23:59

  • It awards pairings if all the enroute check-out times are between 8:00pm and 12:00am.

Avoid Pairings bid example

Avoid Pairings If Any Enroute Check-Out Time > 20:00

  • It filters out pairings if any of the enroute check-out times are after 8:00pm.

Reminder: Time ranges go from 00:00 to 23:59. If you want to create a time range that goes from a late time to an early time, you need to create two separate bid preferences. The first from the late time to 23:59 and the other from 00:00 to the early time.

For example: a time range from 20:00 to 04:30 needs two separate bid preferences. The first from 20:00 to 23:59 and the second from 00:00 to 04:30.

Example

Avoid Pairings If Every Enroute Check-Out Time Between 20:00 And 23:59

Avoid Pairings If Every Enroute Check-Out Time Between 00:00 And 04:30
