Unpublishing a run removes the awards, pre-awarded absences, and reasons reports available for crewmembers to view when they log in to the N-PBS Scheduler. Refer to the Publishing Runs article for information about publishing runs.
To unpublish a run:
Switch to the Run Manager tab.
Switch to the Completed tab, if it isn’t currently displayed.
Select the run that you published.
Click the Set State button. A menu opens with three options: <Clear>, Locked, and Published.
Select the <Clear> list item. The N-PBS Scheduler asks you to confirm that you want to unpublish the selected run.
Click the OK button. The N-PBS Scheduler unpublished the run and Published is removed from the State column.
