The Event Requirements Report displays a summary of each Event Group by Event Type. The report shows the number of crewmembers that require an event and the state of the requirement for Event Type. The report also shows the crewmembers that require the event.
To view the Event Requirements Report:
Click the Reports tab.
Click the Events Report tab.
Select the category you want to view details for from the dropdown.
If you want to view details for all categories, select the ALL list item.
Click the Generate Report button.
The N-PBS Scheduler generates the report and displays the list of requirements in a separate window.
After you close the window, click the Done button to return to the Reports tab.
