Offline Mode allows you to view schedules and work within the system when your internet connection is temporarily unavailable—such as during a flight, in areas with spotty Wi-Fi, or while transitioning between networks.
Please note that Offline Mode is designed for temporary access and reviewing information. It is not intended as the primary method for submitting final bids or maintaining continuous access without an internet connection.
Session Requirements & Limitations
To safeguard your data, Offline Mode operates under strict authentication and timeout rules:
Offline Mode Will Work If:
You log in before going offline: You must establish an active internet connection and log in prior to losing connectivity.
Your session remains active:
You interact with the application at least once every 20 minutes.
Your current session is within the 24-hour authentication token limit.
Offline Mode Will Not Work If:
You log out of the application.
Your session expires due to 20 minutes of inactivity.
Your active session reaches the 24-hour continuous limit.
Inactivity Warning: After 20 minutes of inactivity, a pop-up prompt will appear. If the prompt is not acknowledged, the application will automatically log you out. Once logged out, an active internet connection is required to re-authenticate and regain access.
Protecting Your Privacy and Security
Protecting your personal data and schedule information is a top priority. Cached offline data can contain sensitive information, including:
Full name and base location
Seniority details
Personal calendar, travel schedules, and hotel accommodations
To align with enterprise security standards, system authentication tokens automatically expire to prevent unauthorized access in the event a device is lost, stolen, or left unattended. Requiring periodic online re-authentication ensures your data remains protected at all times.

Ideal Use Cases:
Reviewing schedules, pairing details, or bid options during short-term connectivity loss (e.g., during flight transitions or weak Wi-Fi coverage).
Maintaining application access while moving between network connections.
Non-Intended Use Cases:
Relying on offline access for primary bid submission without reconnecting to sync.
Attempting long-term access without re-authenticating over an active internet connection.
For optimal performance, always log in prior to entering an area with limited connectivity and reconnect to Wi-Fi or cellular data periodically to refresh your session.
