When you unlock bidding, you return the bidder's access to the N-PBS Bidder.
To unlock bidding:
Switch to the Bid Manager tab.
Switch to the Availability tab, if not already selected.
Switch to the Bidding Status sub-tab, if not already selected.
Click the Unlock button. The N-PBS Scheduler asks you to confirm that you want to lock all of the categories.
Click the OK button.
The N-PBS Bidder is unlocked and all bidders now have access to the system.
